- Transactional works
We handle meter installs, removals, exchanges, relocation and OFMAT tests.
- Emergency works
Our engineers are available seven days a week to ensure off-supply consumers are back on gas within four hours (OFGEM approved). One call, one engineer, including exchange of the gas meter, if required.
- Adversarial works
We provide nationwide engineering coverage to support debt recovery in pre-payment meter installations.
- Policy exchange
We manage meter exchange programmes to our customers’ requirements, meeting National Grid targets.
- Management of third party assets
We provide a full range of MAM services on meters owned by third parties, ensuring a consistent level of service. All relevant industry flows and invoicing is handled by our bespoke Review of Gas Metering Arrangements (RGMA) compliant system.
