- A 30 minute telephone interview that gives us chance to get to know you; what you’ve been up to, what motivates you, and what you are looking for from a rewarding career.
- A face-to-face interview and various assessments depending on the role you apply for. We’ll finish off with a competency interview that aligns with our values.
- We’ll aim to give you verbal feedback within 48 hours of your interview.
